Trust Tuesday

Trust in Yourself

Preparing Your Space

Find a quiet spot, clear away any clutter, and let yourself settle in. Sit tall but relaxed, feeling the solid ground beneath your feet. If you’d like, light a candle nearby and let your hands rest gently in your lap—perhaps holding a favorite stone or crystal to help anchor your focus.

Settling the Body

Slow down your breathing, letting each inhale and exhale grow longer. Soften the muscles in your face and let your shoulders drop. Feel the physical connection of your body to the earth beneath you. Rest your gaze softly on the dancing flame of the candle, letting its rhythm quiet your mind.

Setting the Intention

With your next breath, silently whisper to yourself:

“Inhaling peace, exhaling worry.”

Keep this rhythm going for a few moments, letting go of tension with every breath out.

Deepening the Focus

When your eyelids start to feel heavy, let them gently close. Now, shift your focus entirely to reassurance. Let your mind repeat:

“Inhaling peace, exhaling peace.”

Fill your awareness with a sense of security. Lean into the belief that things are unfolding exactly as they should. Visualize yourself moving through your day with an optimistic heart, naturally looking for moments of beauty and joy.

Choosing Alignment

In this space, make a conscious choice to lean into your strengths:

  • Choose patience over urgency.

  • Choose inner certainty over hesitation.

  • Choose clarity over second-guessing.

  • Choose trust over fear.

Allow yourself to rely on your own intuition, your thoughts, and your choices. Open your heart to trusting the people around you, the path you are on, and the bigger picture of life.

Returning to the Present

When you feel complete, gently open your eyes and let them rest back on the candle flame. Take one final, deep breath, and let a soft smile lift your face as you carry this ease into the rest of your day.
